Our "Forever Warranty" |
All law enforcement
badges supplied by The Badge Company of New Jersey carry our
Lifetime “Forever Warranty” – if ever your badge needs repair,
just send it back to us and we’ll do the job at no charge. This warranty covers attachment and integrity of all panels, seals and fasteners. Not covered is wear and damage from normal use or abuse. Worn or damaged badges often can be repaired at a reasonable cost, but some conditions are beyond repair. Contact our office to assess any damage or wear your badge may exhibit and the associated repair costs. If you have a badge that is worn or damaged such that it cannot be repaired, we offer a trade-in program that will give you a substantial discount toward the purchase of a new badge of the same style and detail. |

| Trade In Your Badge! |
Your old, scratched
and beat-up badge can be traded in for a brand-new badge. That's right, you don't have to keep carrying a worn-out badge, you can trade it in for a new one. Here's how it works: We'll give you 20% off the catalog price of your new badge when you trade in your old badge. The only "catch" is that the new badge must be the same style and type as the old one, with the same engraving, seal, and attachment. Our badges carry a lifetime warranty but ordinary wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Many badges sent to us for repair aren't broken, they're damaged and worn out. So in order to make it easier to replace a badge that has served its purpose, we offer this trade-in program. What if you have a badge that didn't come from The Badge Company of New Jersey originally? We'll still accept it in trade toward a new badge of the same fundamental style and type. | Terms and Conditions |
Terms of "Net 15
Days" shall be extended to State, county and municipal agencies
and departments and to companies in good standing. New business
customers placing their first order will be asked to make
payment with check or credit card in advance, and we will gladly
receive account references for consideration for subsequent
orders.
Orders from individuals require payment prior to shipment (check or credit card). Please note orders from individuals for public safety badges require proof of authorization. State, county and municipal agencies and departments are generally exempt from State Sales Tax. However, individual purchases and non-governmental purchases are subject to State Sales Tax, and appropriate Sales Tax will be added to all orders unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
